A feasibility study is an assessment of the practicality of a proposed venture in terms of its four Ps, risks, POVs and its constraints. The four Ps are Plan, Processes, People, and Power and risks associated. POVs are Points of Vulnerability, they differ from risks in the sense that they are internal to the project and can be controlled or else eliminated. Timeframe, costs, and quality parameters define the constraints of the project.
In its simplest terms, the feasibility is governed by two criteria: cost required and value to be attained. Masta can support our customers in performing feasibility studies by providing following services.
